The Facility
Busy Paws is set on eight wooded acres in Irmo, SC. Owned and operated by a Licensed Veterinary Nurse, it is small and exclusive, designed with the safety and comfort of your pet in mind. We have deliberately limited the number of rooms in order to ensure every pet in our care receives the highest quality of individualized attention.
Accomodations
Busy Paws has a total of six large rooms; five 10x10 rooms and one 8x10. All rooms have a ceiling fan to help those extra fuzzy babies stay cool in the South Carolina heat, a TV or background music to create a home environment, comfortable bedding, and a window(s) to catch that "perfect sun spot".
Security
A three-tier security system is in place enabling us to ensure your pet receives the best care.
- We live onsite enabling us to be close at all times.
- Security cameras monitor both the inside and outside of the facility.
- Each room has a camera giving you the ability to log in and make sure your pet is doing well.

Patti's Place is a 10ftx10ft room with a window facing the side yard. It has a queen size bed, ceiling fan to keep everyone cool in the summer, and a TV. It is the perfect place to relax.

The Serengeti is a 10ftx10ft corner room with 2 windows. It has a 4 inch memory foam mattress that is low to the ground making it easier for older guests to access.

Honey's Spot is a 10ftx10ft room, off the reception area designed for dogs and cats (cat walk). It sits off the main lobby and has 2 windows, a ceiling fan and a TV.

New York room is 10ftx8ft with a window facing the back yard. Cats will love the walkway that goes all the way around the room and dogs will enjoy watching the squirrels from the window seat.
